Giallo paglierino con riflessi dorati. Al naso si esprime su caratteristici aromi varietali, con note di litchi, papaia e frutta tropicale in apertura, a cui seguono piacevoli sentori di noce moscata e petali di rosa. In bocca si presenta caldo, pieno e rotondo, con un finale dolce, lungo e aromatico.L’Alto Adige DOC Gewürztraminer "Iustus" nasce sui suoli calcarei e argillosi sopra il paese di San Paolo, collocato tra i 450 e i 550 metri. Le viti hanno circa 20 anni e sono coltivate con metodi di agricoltura sostenibile e rispettosi della natura. Dopo la raccolta i grappoli sono vinificati in acciaio inox a temperatura controllata, quindi il vino ottenuto riposa brevemente sulle fecce fini. Ne risulta un vino bianco intenso e aromatico, dal sorso fresco e delicatamente dolce.
Si abbina bene con piatti speziati e piccanti, pesce al forno e formaggi stagionati. Ottimo con la cucina asiatica.

a beautiful Advent book

This book has truly been my companion during the advent season. It has resided next to my couch, in my kitchen, by my bed, and at my crafting table. It is beautifully written and filled with ideas that will inspire rather than overwhelm, and a memoir that will bring you to tears. Lovely

Fantastic and memorable Advent companion book & cookbook
Format: Hardcover
I love this book so much! (I've now bought 3 more copies for friends and family. It's that good!) It has bite-sized little readings for each of the four weeks of Advent, then it has a bunch more content for Christmastide. It has beautiful, hand-drawn recipe pictures and quote illustrations throughout along with many excellent recipes, Advent reading lists, music recommendations, and craft ideas. I'm not a crafty person, but it did help me with ideas for decorating my Advent wreath. Additionally, I've made multiple recipes from it, and we loved them all! The baked eggs and sweet/spicy bacon and gingersnaps are fantastic. I have more recipes planned in the weeks to come. The ideas of a Christmas simmer pot for using up older fruit and cinnamon sticks is great! What I love most is the festive yet accessible and contemplative, friendly nature of the author's writings. This is a lovely gift for yourself or for others. You won't want to do ALL of the ideas in any one year, but you'll return to it year after year for new ideas and for the ones you loved from last year!

A book to savor

I just loved this book. First off, the artwork was amazing and made you feel enveloped in the wonder of the season from the first moment you open the book! The content also pulls you in - from the heartfelt stories, to the recipes and crafts, to the faith-filled reflections, this book helped me feel as though I was both savoring the season and preparing for Christmas. What a perfect gift for yourself or a friend to awaken your wonder for the season and your love for the coming Savior.

Lovely Book!
Format: Hardcover
Written as a companion to Advent and Christmastide, I could not wait until then to start reading this book. Lanier Ivester's writing is compelling and thought-provoking. Jennifer Trafton's art throughout the book is rich and beautiful. The writing and art accompanied by recipes, menus, devotional suggestions, music recommendations, and craft ideas make this a book I will be pulling out year after year. "Look now, for glad and golden hours come swiftly on the wing. O rest beside the weary road and hear the angels sing."
