This cam works great in stock bikes and really shines with big bore and stroker setups 170cc+. A brand new core, not a regrind, with brand new NTN bearings made to OEM specifications for a perfect fit.

TBparts CNC 7075 billet aluminum roller rockers. Made to exact specifications for a perfect fit and function. Unleash more power with less friction & weight. Roller rockers are more forgiving on valvetrain so we can make the camshaft even more aggressive than possible for even more power compared to the OEM standard follower radius camshafts & rockers.

You must clearance part of the OEM cylinder head casting (directions available in our Kawasaki tech section). Our directions are clear and show just how easy it is to do.

Installation notes:

• Cylinder head casting clearance directions
• This is a kit containing TBparts Roller Rockers TBW1710 and matching cam TBW1705 – Do not mix these parts with Non roller rockers or camshafts, it will cause catastrophic engine failure
• Valve Clearance – No less than 0.003″ on both intake and exhaust side.
• KLX140 camshaft bolts are reverse threaded, turn them right/clockwise to loosen/remove. Torque to 87 INCH-LBS & Use red thread lock
