Background
Heat shock protein HSP 90-beta also called HSP90beta is a protein that in humans is encoded by the HSP90AB1 gene. HSP90AB1 is a molecular chaperone. Chaperones are proteins that bind to other proteins, thereby stabilizing them in an ATP-dependent manner. Chaperones stabilize new proteins during translation, mature proteins which are partially unstable but also proteins that have become partially denatured due to various kinds of cellular stress. In case proper folding or refolding is impossible, HSPs mediate protein degradation. They also have specialized functions, such as intracellular transport into organelles. HSP90AB1 and its co-chaperones are frequently overexpressed in cancer cells. They are able to stabilize mutant proteins thereby allowing survival and increased proliferation of cancer cells. This renders HSPs potential targets for cancer treatment. In salivary gland tumors, expression of HSP90AA1 and HSP90AB1 correlates with malignancy, proliferation and metastasis. The same is basically true for lung cancers where a correlation with survival was found.

Skincare STAPLE

My Favorite Face Mask for Hydrated, Glowing Skin

I’ve tried a lot of face masks over the years, but the BIODANCE Bio-Collagen Real Deep Mask has easily become my favorite. Every time I use it, my skin feels incredibly hydrated, smooth, and refreshed, and the results last much longer than I expected from a single mask treatment.

my all-time favourite skincare treatment

literally my favourite mask ever. I first received these as a gift 2 christmases ago and have continued buying them since. they provide almost an in-office feeling treatment. its a pain to wear it all night long, as I dont sleep well with them on but its worth it. your skin feels plump, super hydrated and radiant when you wake up and it last for days. the fit is okay but once you try this product, it won't matter as it is so effective. these are worth splurging on.

Absolutely amazing masks!!!

These masks are beyond amazing! I use one once a week and leave it on overnight after completing my p.m. skincare routine and wake up to smooth, plump, moisturized, and absolutely glowing!! I have extremely sensitive skin and eyes and these masks do not bother me at all. No burning in my eyes and no irritation of the skin. My deep wrinkles seem a lot less pronounced and some of my more fine lines almost disappear for 24 hours after using this mask. They are simple to use and adhere to the skin perfectly even after applying serums and moisturizers. Once the mask is completely absorbed and becomes clear it peels of the skin with ease. Based on the quality of these masks I am shocked by the low price, it is such a great value for your money. This Mask has become a staple in my skincare routine and I will continue to purchase these!!

Woke Up Glowing ✨ (But Sleeping In It Is a Stretch lol)

I was honestly impressed with this mask! It feels super soft, cooling, and refreshing while wearing it. The jelly texture makes it feel really hydrating and luxe, like a mini spa night at home. My skin looked smooth, plump, and GLOWING the entire next day after I took it off. Like… noticeably radiant.
I also have sensitive skin, so I was a little nervous trying it at first, but I didn’t have any irritation or reaction at all. My skin felt calm, hydrated, and refreshed afterward.
One thing I actually liked was that the mask was easy to customize a little. I have a nose piercing, so I just tore a small piece near my nose so it would fit comfortably without irritating it. The material held up perfectly, so that was a nice bonus for anyone with piercings or who just needs a better fit in certain areas.
My only complaint is the “sleep in it” part of the instructions. I personally don’t see how that’s possible 😅 The mask stays pretty moist and jelly-like the whole time, so it felt uncomfortable to lay down in and I kept feeling like it would slide around. I ended up just wearing it for a while before bed instead.
Overall though, the results were worth it and I’d definitely use it again for the glow alone!
