The Human (RGS2) Regulator of G-protein Signaling 2 ELISA Kit measures Regulator of G-protein signaling 2 in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human RGS2 antibody. RGS2 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human RGS2 Antibody is added and binds to RGS2 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated RGS2 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human RGS2. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.
