This is a three pack, so you can choose which 3 flavors you want in any combination (Milk, White or Dark - 5LB each)
To Melt:
Place the melts in a microwave safe bowl and microwave at 50% power for 1 minute. Remove and stir the melts then continue microwaving for one or two 20 second intervals at regular power. STIR STIR STIR! These melts are MADE to melt so stirring helps the process.

Xylamelts
Melts are perfect for dry mouth and throats. It says use 2 tablets, one on each side but I find one will do just fine most times.
